# Buno — Terms of Service (DRAFT)

## 1. The service

Buno is a network + AI-assistant app that connects people around study,
work, housing, and shared interests, and helps with everyday tasks via the
Bo assistant. By using Buno you agree to these Terms and to the
[Privacy Policy](./privacy.md).

## 2. Eligibility & account

You must be at least {{MIN_AGE}} and provide accurate information. You are
responsible for activity under your account. Sign-in is by phone OTP.

## 3. Acceptable use

Don't: impersonate others, create fake accounts, harass or defraud users,
scrape the service, abuse the AI features, or post illegal content. We use
trust/report signals and may hide, suspend, or remove accounts that break
these rules.

## 4. Payments, unlocks & subscriptions

- Some features require payment (e.g. unlocking a match, Pro subscription),
  processed by **Payme**. Prices are shown before you pay, in UZS.
- Where a peer is rewarded for responding, they receive **in-app credit,
  never cash**.
- **Refunds:** {{REFUND_POLICY — e.g. an unlock is auto-refunded to in-app
  credit if the other party does not respond within 48 hours}}.
- Subscriptions renew until cancelled per the app-store rules of your
  platform.

## 5. AI features

Bo and other AI features can make mistakes. Output is assistance, not
professional (legal, medical, financial) advice. You are responsible for
actions you take based on it. High-impact actions (payments, sending
messages) require your explicit confirmation.

## 6. User content & connections

You keep ownership of what you create. You grant us a limited licence to
process it to run the service. When you connect third-party accounts
(Telegram, Google), you authorize only the access needed for the feature,
and can disconnect anytime.

## 7. Availability & changes

The service is provided "as is". We may change or discontinue features. We
try to keep it running but don't guarantee uninterrupted service.

## 8. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, {{LEGAL_ENTITY_NAME}} is not liable for

## 9. Termination

You can delete your account anytime. We may suspend accounts that violate
